I’m Baldev Gautam, Founder of SONDH (Ruchi Enterprises). What began in 2014 with small-scale Hing trading has grown into a trusted brand delivering premium Raw and Compounded Hing. I personally oversee sourcing, processing, and distribution to ensure top quality and reliability.

My Story
Back in 2014, with nothing more than a passion for quality and a small circle of family and friends, I began trading Hing (Asafoetida) in small quantities. What started as a simple idea quickly grew into something much bigger—fueled by trust, word of mouth, and the belief that authentic Hing deserved to reach more people.
Encouraged by the overwhelming response, I founded Ruchi Enterprises in 2016. From that day forward, my mission has been clear: to deliver the finest Raw and Compounded Hing with a commitment to quality, consistency, and customer trust.
Our journey naturally led us to Hathras, India’s heartland of Hing, where more than 200 processing units work to preserve this timeless spice tradition. With our own manufacturing unit here, I personally oversee every detail—from sourcing the purest raw Hing to ensuring it reaches our partners across Delhi-NCR, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
